Cancellation Policy

At Zaminas Catering, we are committed to providing a high-quality and well-organised Iftar buffet experience during the blessed month of Ramadan. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation. 1. Advance Booking All Iftar buffet bookings must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit. 2. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment must be completed before the event date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods. 3. Guest Numbers Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the event. Any increase in guest numbers is subject to availability. Charges will be based on the final confirmed number of guests. 4. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 5 days of the booking date may be subject to full payment. Date changes are subject to availability. 5. Timing & Setup Buffet setup will be completed prior to Maghrib. Clients must ensure access to the venue at least 1–2 hours before Iftar. Any delays caused by restricted access may affect service timing. 6. Dietary Requirements Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. 7. Venue Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing suitable space for buffet setup. Any damages to equipment provided by Zaminas Catering will be chargeable. 8. Force Majeure We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including severe weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
